General Requirements
Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal or publication outlet. The manuscript must be written in clear academic English and should present a strong contribution to artificial intelligence and prompt engineering.
Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, and misleading claims. Any use of datasets, prompts, AI tools, code, model outputs, or generated content must be clearly explained and properly acknowledged.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should generally include the following sections:
Title
The title should be concise, specific, and clearly reflect the main focus of the study.
Author Information
Authors must provide full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and ORCID ID where available.
Abstract
The abstract should summarize the background, objective, research approach, main findings, and contribution of the study. The abstract should be written in one paragraph and should not contain citations.
Keywords
Authors should provide 3–6 keywords that represent the main topic of the manuscript.
Introduction
The introduction should explain the background of the study, research gap, problem statement, objective, novelty, and contribution to artificial intelligence and prompt engineering.
Literature Review
This section should discuss relevant theories, previous studies, concepts, and developments related to artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, generative AI, large language models, multimodal systems, or human–AI interaction.
Research Design and Analytical Procedure
This section should clearly describe the research approach, data sources, AI system or model used, prompt design, prompt testing process, evaluation criteria, instruments, and data analysis procedures. For studies involving AI outputs, authors should explain how prompts were developed, tested, compared, and evaluated.
Results
The results should be presented clearly and systematically. Tables, figures, charts, prompt examples, model responses, or performance metrics may be used when relevant.
Discussion
The discussion should interpret the findings, relate them to previous studies and theories, explain their implications, and highlight their contribution to prompt engineering and AI system development.
Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the main findings, scholarly contribution, practical implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research.
Acknowledgment
Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, or organizations that supported the research.
Funding Statement
Authors must disclose all sources of funding or state that no funding was received.
Conflict of Interest Statement
Authors must declare any potential conflict of interest. If there is no conflict, authors should state: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
AI Use Disclosure
Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence tools when such tools are used in writing, coding, prompt testing, data processing, image generation, or content production.
References
All cited sources must be listed in the reference section. References must be accurate, complete, and consistent with APA 7th edition style.
Formatting Guidelines
Manuscripts should follow these formatting requirements:
-
Manuscript length: 5,000–8,000 words, including references
-
File format: Microsoft Word document
-
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
-
Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
-
Paper size: A4
-
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
-
Citation style: APA 7th edition
-
Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively
-
Tables and figures must have clear titles
-
Figures must be high quality and readable
-
Foreign terms, model names, and technical terms must be written consistently
Prompt and AI System Reporting
For manuscripts involving prompt engineering, authors should clearly report:
-
The AI model or system used
-
The type and version of the AI system where available
-
The prompt design strategy
-
The prompt testing process
-
The number of prompt trials or iterations

Ethical Requirements
Authors must follow ethical standards in conducting and reporting research. Studies involving human participants, user interaction data, digital records, AI-generated content, prompt datasets, or automated decision-making systems must respect privacy, consent, confidentiality, transparency, and responsible data use.
AI tools must not be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, validity, and ethical integrity of the manuscript.
Similarity and Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts may be checked using similarity detection software. Manuscripts with plagiarism, excessive similarity, duplicate publication, or improper citation may be rejected before or during the review process.
Submission Process
Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Before submission, authors must ensure that:
-
The manuscript follows the journal template
-
The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere
-
All author information is complete and accurate
-
The abstract and keywords are included
-
